Thai Airways to launch a direct Bangkok–Da Nang route from 1 December 2026
According to the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre, Thai Airways will open a direct Bangkok (Thailand)–Da Nang route on 1 December 2026, flying two services each way daily between Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Da Nang International Airport.
The route makes it easier to attract Thai travellers — a market well suited to short trips to Da Nang — while adding transport capacity and encouraging two-way exchange. It also gives operators a basis to build resort stays, group tours and meetings-and-exhibitions (MICE) packages.
With a network linking more than 60 destinations across Asia, Europe and Australia through the Bangkok hub, the route further opens Da Nang to international travellers from markets that have no direct flight to the city.
