Da Nang's tourism sector is targeting 19.5 million overnight visitors in 2026, up 10.5% year on year: 8.7 million international and 10.4 million domestic. Revenue from accommodation, food and travel services is set at 70,000 billion dong, a rise of more than 15%.
The target sits on 2025's base: 17.3 million visitors, of whom 7.6 million were international, and revenue of nearly 60,000 billion dong.
Air access underpins the international half. In 2025 Da Nang airport handled 48,000 flights, 20,200 of them international, and the city maintained 26 scheduled routes including 18 international ones. Sea arrivals added 36 cruise calls carrying more than 43,000 passengers, up 21%.
For companies attending the festival these figures set the negotiating context: a 10.5% target means the additional volume has to come from contracts signed, not from existing momentum.

In the first half of 2026 Quang Ninh welcomed over 12.4 million visitors, about 9.8 million of them domestic, a major contributor to revenue of nearly 35,200 billion dong. The province is diversifying products and pushing MICE and the night economy to extend stays.
