The Danang International Tourism Festival 2025 closed its two working days on 16 and 17 October at the Ariyana International Convention Centre with more than 6,000 trade meetings between Vietnamese and international companies — a record for the second edition.
The trading floor gathered over 300 service suppliers, 180 domestic tour operators and 110 international buyers from Thailand, Korea, China, Russia, India, the CIS countries and Western Europe. Attendance approached 2,000, spanning tour operators, hotels, restaurants, service providers and guides.

Dr Cao Tri Dung, Chairman of the Danang Tourism Association, called the edition “a chance for Da Nang tourism to break through” and an occasion to introduce “a new Da Nang ready to enter a stage of remarkable growth”.
Looking further out, he places the festival on a longer track than a single trade show: it “will step by step become an annual international event drawing airlines and tour operators”. The festival is led by the Danang Tourism Association with HorecFex Vietnam as co-organiser.
The backdrop was favourable. Over the first nine months of 2025 Da Nang received more than 14.4 million overnight visitors, up 22% year on year, including 5.8 million international arrivals, up 31%. Revenue from accommodation, food and travel services reached about 44,000 billion dong, a 25% rise.
Beyond the two-day B2B Buyers Meet Sellers floor, the programme ran conference and marketing forum sessions on destination branding, sustainable development and drawing value from central Vietnam's culture and heritage.
