The Hon Thom cable car & the pearl island
The world’s longest over-sea cable car runs from the main island out to Hon Thom, with coral snorkelling around the An Thoi archipelago and white sand at Sao Beach.
Phu Quoc is Vietnam’s largest island, about an hour and a half by air from Da Nang.
The world’s longest over-sea cable car runs from An Thoi at the southern end of the main island out to Hon Thom. The cabins spend close to half an hour above open water, looking down on the An Thoi archipelago and the island’s snorkelling grounds. The ride is a destination in itself, not just a way across.
Sao Beach on the southern shore is the swimming beach people name: fine white sand and shallow water a long way out.
Almost everything here happens outdoors and depends on the weather, so the leg needs at least two nights — better suited to guests staying on after the show than to a quick hop.

The show runs 16 – 19 October 2026 at the Ariyana Convention Centre. Most international guests add two or three days either side of the four trading days.
