Hoan Kiem Lake & the Old Quarter
A thousand-year capital: the Turtle Tower on the water, a car-free Old Quarter at weekends, the Temple of Literature and the museums minutes away on foot.
Da Nang to Hanoi is about an hour and twenty minutes in the air. The thousand-year capital opens at Hoan Kiem Lake, with the Turtle Tower standing on the water and the Old Quarter’s thirty-six streets right beside it.
At weekends the roads around the lake close to traffic and the district goes on foot. The Temple of Literature and the major museums are all within walking distance or a few minutes by car.
This is the easiest leg to add for international guests transiting Noi Bai before or after the show — no reversing your route.

The show runs 16 – 19 October 2026 at the Ariyana Convention Centre. Most international guests add two or three days either side of the four trading days.
