The East–West Economic Corridor International Trade, Tourism and Investment Fair – Da Nang 2026 (EWEC – Da Nang 2026) opened from 12 to 17 August 2026 at the Da Nang Convention and Exhibition Centre (09 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Cam Le Ward), organised by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) with the city’s Department of Industry and Trade. The fair gathers nearly 250 booths from 108 domestic and foreign businesses, along with six southern Lao provinces and nine diplomatic missions in Vietnam and Da Nang.
The fair aims to promote the economic, investment, trade and tourism potential of localities and businesses along the East–West Economic Corridor while strengthening regional cooperation. Le Hoang Tai, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, said the fair "is steadily building credibility as one of the region’s flagship trade, investment and tourism promotion events for the Central and Central Highlands", offering a space for business matchmaking and for visitors to explore products and services from localities along the corridor.
