From 8 August 2026, Sun World Ba Na Hills began a trial phase of a free shuttle bus running from central Da Nang straight to the resort, available through 31 December 2026. The bus departs from the Novotel Da Nang hotel, via Dong Sea Park, a stop opposite My Khe Beach (next to the DLG Hotel) and a stop opposite Vegas Club, before heading straight to Sun World Ba Na Hills; each leg takes about 75–80 minutes. Two morning departures run at 8:30 and 9:30am; two return trips leave the resort together in the early afternoon. No reservation is needed — visitors simply arrive at a pickup point before departure time to board, entirely free of charge.
Also from 1 September 2026, all benefits bundled with a Ba Na Hills ticket — previously issued as multiple paper coupons at each service point — are integrated directly into a single QR code on the cable-car or e-ticket, part of the resort’s WOWPAY and eMap digital ecosystem. Both changes arrive during the summer tourism peak and are seen as a way to cut costs and hassle, making the mountaintop resort easier to reach for domestic and international visitors alike.
