Ba Na Hills & the Golden Bridge
The cable car holds two world records. Go up before 9am to cross the Golden Bridge while cloud still covers it.

Ba Na sits on the range west of the city, in Hoa Vang, topping out at 1,487 m. It is markedly cooler up there than on the plain — which is why the French built a hill station here a century ago.
The way up is a cable car holding two world records. The Golden Bridge, a walkway carried by two stone hands, is halfway along the line and at its best before the cloud lifts: go up before 9am and you will still catch it.
The round trip takes a full day including transfers, so it belongs to the day before or after the four trading days rather than squeezed between them.
